RN SUPERVISION Management of medications. Evaluation of individual residents and development of care plans. Available to respond to resident's health needs and concerns. Meets with each resident on a monthly basis to check vital signs. Corresponds with residents' primary physicians as needed. On-call in case of emergency. Ongoing staff training and development.
